Recently, the Board Director of ARFEEN Group and Chairman of OBOR Company visited the Amulite Machinery Plant for an on-site inspection and held a special symposium on cooperation regarding a new building materials product project. This visit has injected new momentum into deepening the strategic partnership between both parties and promoting the synergistic development of the new building materials industry chain.

Accompanied by the management of Amulite Group, the visiting guests toured the corporate exhibition hall, the large-scale CNC machining center, the welding and assembly workshop, and the product performance testing laboratory. During the tour, the ARFEEN Group Board Director and OBOR Company Chairman inquired in detail about the machining processes of key components and production capacity supporting capabilities, and fully affirmed the comprehensive strength of the Amulite Machinery Plant in lean manufacturing and quality control management.

At the subsequent symposium, the head of Amulite Group clearly stated that new building materials equipment would be positioned as a core growth driver, and shared the group’s technological reserves in niche areas such as solid waste resource utilization building materials and lightweight high-strength composite panels. The ARFEEN Group Board Director and OBOR Company Chairman expressed that ARFEEN, as a multinational integrated investment group, has long been focused on the green building and circular economy sectors. He noted that the equipment R&D capabilities of Amulite Machinery Plant are highly aligned with the expansion needs of the group’s building materials division, and that there is broad room for cooperation between the two sides in areas such as process optimization, production line upgrades, and regional market coverage.

The ARFEEN Group Board Director and OBOR Company Chairman emphasized during the exchanges that OBOR Company focuses on cross-border industrial cooperation and supporting services for major infrastructure projects, and that emerging markets along the route are experiencing continuously rising demand for energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials. He believes that the collaboration between the two parties can form a synergistic closed loop of “technology + equipment + channels,” jointly enhancing the supply efficiency and competitiveness of new building materials products in the international market. He proposed using this inspection visit as an opportunity to accelerate the establishment of a joint working group to translate cooperation intentions into concrete action plans.
It is learned that this round of talks focused primarily on directions such as customized development of complete equipment for new building materials products, joint process trials, and the implementation of overseas demonstration projects. Both parties unanimously agreed to fully leverage their respective differentiated advantages in capital operations, project management, and equipment manufacturing to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership. Going forward, relevant teams will conduct in-depth discussions on core matters including technical standards, cooperation models, and investment plans, striving to achieve phased results within the year.
This visit concluded in a pragmatic and friendly atmosphere. The head of Amulite Group expressed that the group would take this cooperation as an opportunity to further enhance its innovation capabilities and service levels, and work hand in hand with partners to jointly promote the new building materials industry toward greener, smarter, and more internationalized development.
